The site includes an FAQ section. For this project in general, benchmark research was made to evaluate best practices and learn design patterns from other players in and out of bebbia’s market niche. In this case, the FAQ page was inspired by Nintendo FAQ page as well as the UI for Intercom Help Center builder.

The information was organized in categories, with a browser that allows searching for specific questions. A “Go to top” arrow is added to improve user experience, to allow users to go back to the top of the page when sliding too far.
