A design system is a collection of reusable components, guidelines, and resources that help teams design and build products that are consistent, efficient, and scalable. It is a living document that evolves over time as the product and team grows. I built MasterCrack’s Design System to complying with UX best practices of accessibility and scalability, using the multicolor palette of the brand in a consistent way, avoiding overuse.
From defining Typography sizes and styles, to system alerts, to iconography and different content components like cards and “stories” indicators. One of my favorite challenges.
